Guarantee

We offer a full replacement guarantee which is outlined in our Terms of Business.   This is provided to clients, prior to the commencement of any permanent assignment.

Replacement Guarantee

We offer a replacement guarantee for six (6) months from the commencement date for our Executive Search services and three (3) months for our other services.  

We have rarely been called upon to exercise our replacement guarantee, however we are happy to guarantee our work and offer this peace of mind to our clients who trust us with their important recruitment assignments.

Should the appointee cease to be employed by your company for any reason other than redundancy or change of job specification within the appropriate guarantee period, we shall endeavour to replace the appointee without any fee being charged.

For Contract to Permanent placements,  the guarantee period begins on the initial contract commencement date.   Full guarantee conditions are provided in our client contracts.
